The most common way a custom tool dies isn't a bug. It's a team that never opens it. The developer leaves, the owner is busy, the staff go back to the spreadsheet they know. Six months later the tool is a line item nobody remembers approving.
The handoff is the product
That's why training isn't an add-on for us; it's the last step of every build. We get on video with the people who will actually use the tool, walk through their real work with it, and keep going until they can do it without us. Then we leave written guides that match how they talk, not how programmers talk.
Built for the person who'll use it
Training also changes how we build. If the front desk will use the tool between phone calls, it needs to be two clicks, not a dashboard. When we know who's using it, we design for them, and the training is short because the tool already fits.
You own it, so you need to understand it
Everything we build is yours: the code, the prompts, the documents. Owning something you don't understand is a liability. By the end of training, you know what the tool does, where it lives, and how to change the wording when your pricing changes. No one holds your business hostage, including us.
Thirty days of fixes, and honest follow-up
The first month of real use is where the edge cases show up. Fixes in that window are included. After that, you can call us when something changes, or not. The goal is a team that runs its own tools.
Curious what training would look like for your team? It starts with a free sit-down.
